Great job today at camp ladies. You are really showing progress in cardio. Hills are a wonderful challenge to any workout.
We will be doing hill intervals every 2 weeks. Today at the 5:30 class the ladies ran several challenging loops and the Rudgear class did a series of 20 Squats, 20 Lunges and 10 push ups before during and after 2 sets of 4 75 – 120 yard intervals. Both were an impressive show of endurance.
