It’s Monday again! Funny how that happens. :)

We all have a lot going on. It’s easy to put your workout on the back burner. One of the things that helps me stay on track (aside from the fact that I need to be a good example for you guys) is that life is short. Someday I won’t be as quick and agile as I am today, and on that day I want to look back and say I used the body that was given to me to its fullest potential. I refuse to look back and say “I wish I had…” or “Why didn’t I just…”.

Bringing the joy back into your Monday. Get your workout done early and it will make your day more manageable. The last thing any of us should ever put on the back burner is our health. If you don’t feel motivated enough to do it for you, do it for those you love. They need you just as much as you need them.
