Tropical Berry Meal Replacement Smoothie
Makes 1 16oz serving, 294 calories
1/2+ cup ice
1 cup water
1 serving Vanilla protein powder (I use Designs for health Vanilla Organic Pea Protein)
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup blackberries
3 large frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1T Nut Butter
