Hill intervals:

Hill Intervals on Back Country hill. Start at bottom where pavement turns color. Have them do 10 runs, each time they go up a little farther. Stand at the point you want to start, and say “Run to me 60% speed”. Do 2 each at 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% and 100% 2 at

Take a few steps back so that by the 10th sprint they are going from bottom to top of hill at their 100% by the last 2 rounds.
