Ask the hard questions before life asks them of you! If there is a goal you have and it seems out of reach, its time to figure out what exactly is holding you back. Its important to know what its going to take to accomplish the goal, and then decide if you are willing to do it.

Do I want to lose weight? Am I willing to do make these specific steps to do it? Do I know what those steps are?

Do I want to change my job? What am I REALLY passionate about? Am I afraid of that change?

Do I want to decrease my circumference? Am I willing to decrease stress, sugar, alcohol ect and get more sleep?

Do I want to eat clean? What is stopping me from doing that? Can those obstacles be overcome?

Do I want less stress in my life? What are the elements in life that are causing my stress?

BOOT CAMP DANVILLE CA MENIf you have a goal, set aside the time to map it out to figure out if its realistic. Please don’t go around torturing yourself (and everyone else)  by saying you want to lose weight or have a 6 pack and not do what it takes – when you know exactly what it takes!

Decide if you are willing to make changes or not. If you are not willing, then set a realistic goal, slightly smaller, but a step toward your big goal.

Write it down and ask your family and friends for support in your goal. Talk to me or Dina about if you have confusion.
