Donate to a great cause and help some of the kidos effected by the recent hurricanes. Kiss The Toad Creations (www.kissthetoadcreations.com), is making an effort to bring superhero capes to all the preschoolers and kindergarteners affected by the recent tornado in Moore, OK.  We originally intended to deliver 100 capes, however at the request of the principle of Heritage Oak Elementary, we have now increased the number needed to 250+ capes!

While a team is working hard to individually produce them, we need help funding them.  The cost to sponsor a cape is $30.  These capes will be personally delivered to the kids in Moore next Saturday, by Barbara Casados and myself.  The school administration there is really excited about this effort as it’ll allow the kids to feel empowered, to feel special and to feel like the superheros that they are!

It’s amazing to be able to make a difference, especially in a child’s eyes, and I look forward to seeing the smiles from these children next week.  I’m hopeful that together we can reach (and maybe even exceed) the goal of 250 capes and really help the kids who need it right now!
