Hello Ladies
The Primos Run for Education is coming up on October 10th and we are offering free Gümsaba Tee Shirt to all Boot Campers to wear in the race. Morgan and I will both be running too! Online registration is open; visit http://www.primosrun.com/registration/default.aspx to register today. I am registered for the 5K.
Dont worry, if you have never run an event before, neither have I! I am just happy knowing that I get to spend time working out with the fabulous women of Gümsaba. :)

I will join the primos run.
I’m a fellow martial artist with Michelle and I run the Primos run every year. It’s a totally flat pavement run with lots of great distractions along the way including live music from our local school bands. It’s a great family event as well, tons of children run the race!!! If you’ve never run before, this is a great race to start with. Enjoy!!
