Holy heat wave! It’s a scorcher out there, so we’re bringing a fresh new smoothie to you early this week. Cool off and fuel up with this Raspberry Lime Smoothie. Abounding with nutrients, such as vitamin C, dietary fiber, folate, and potassium, this smoothie is a sure-fired way to keep you hydrated and refreshed on a hot summer’s day.
RASPBERRY LIME SMOOTIE
Yields 1 large serving

Ingredients:
- 16 oz. unsweetened non-dairy milk
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 Tbsp. hemp protein powder
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 banana
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Notes:
- You can replace the lime with lemon juice or the raspberries with strawberries and you’ll still have a fabulous smoothie.
- To make even cooler, add a few ice cubes before blending.
