SPICY PAPRIKA & GARLIC BAKED CHICKPEAS
Adapted from the Art Smith’s Smoky Paprika-Baked Garbanzo Beans
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cans (30 oz. total) garbanzo beans/chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Drain and rinse chickpeas, and combine with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, and salt in a mixing bowl
- Spread mixture into prepared baking sheet
- Bake for 1 hr, or until chickpeas are crispy and browned. Stir in 20 min. increments to ensure even baking.
