It’s that time of year when you want to hit snooze and cozy up for another 5 minutes. Instead, put your alarm away from your bed so you MUST get up and turn it off. Have your new GUMSABA sweatshirt laid out and ready to go – be prepared and you will feel SO much better for having done your workout in spite of the freezing cold! Having said that PLEASE MAKE SURE you are dressed appropriately. Cover your hands and ears, wear layers and KEEP MOVING. Classes this time of year are planned non stop so that your body temperature does not fluctuate during the workout.
