Everyone loves them some TRX and this week we are going to add a nice cardio element! We will be reviewing plank and adding some breathing techniques to help you work your core and keep your back healthy in spite of the load that the suspension trainer puts on you.

Those of you at the 6am class will be getting TRX starting in September, so really listen to those plank cues and work that breathing!
