KEY POINTS WHEN SUSPENSION TRAINING:

BE WARMED UP BEFORE YOU START TRX – don’t come late to class on this day (or any day!)

LISTEN TO YOUR TEACHER. If they tell you to back off your angle DO IT.

If you feel pain at a joint or in the ribs STOP immediately!

No scraping against the TRX, no slack on TRX
