We had an awesome coaches meeting on Saturday, I feel so fortunate to work with such an amazing group of people.  It was a great time to talk about the needs and wants of the clients and review all of the things that we are doing to improve the experience you have at class!

We collectively decided that March is going to be the perfect month to focus on the form of the push up. There is so much to think about when it comes to the perfect push up, and since we are outdoors without mirrors, its not always possible to have perfect understanding of the body position in space.

So, let’s have a little fun with this. Take a video of yourself doing a push up by 3/15 and text it to me at 925.683.5630. I will give you corrections to make this month during camp and your coach will stay on top of you at class.  Then on the last Friday of this month, 3/28, take another video of your push up. Don’t worry, I will send you a reminder on 3/27!

I’ve taken some do and don’t shots of myself to get you started.  The don’ts are the most common mistakes we see in class and the do’s are the things we want you to work on most. Ask your instructor if you are guilty of any of these common offenses and work hard on your push up this month because the most improved camper gets a shiny new gumsaba tank top! 🙂 Coach M
