Welcome to the Jungle – DIY!

Part 1: WARM UP WELL for 5 minutes minimum

Part 2: Form & Function

5 reps front squats with LIGHT bar or pvc pipe

3 reps 5 count descent push up

5 reps 5 count HOLD Bent row (hold at top of row for 5 counts and descent slowly)

Part 3: Jog 400M 

Part 4: WEIGHT WORK. 

5 reps Front Squat

5 reps Bench Press

5 Reps Barbell Row

5 rounds

Part 5: Cardio

1 minute rope skip – 20 seconds mountain climbers

3 rounds

Part 6: Cool Down Jog

Part 7: Stretch with bands.
