It’s never easy to take the high road, but it always leads to higher ground! When we move, our bodies are always looking for the easiest way to do it. Our minds are responsible for reigning in the body, for making it move mindfully. 

At Gumsaba we want you to move better every day. If you body isn’t responding well to workouts, please talk to us. Overtraining leads to injury, and training improperly or distracted training can cause the same symptoms. Let us help you modify what is needed, or adjust your movement to work better for you.

When you move, think about what you are doing and why you are doing it. Engage the muscles you are using, and ask your coach which ones to engage if you don’t know…we love those questions!
