We had some great laughs this morning in class; that is between the groans and moans that lingered from the past few hard core workouts ! Ah the joys of being your coach. 🙂

One pioneer in laughter research, William Fry, claimed it took ten minutes on a rowing machine for his heart rate to reach the level it would after just one minute of hearty laughter. (That doesn’t mean you can laugh really hard while you hit snooze instead of come to class!)
