Today is a new day! All that happened yesterday, good, bad or indifferent is the past. It has given you a foundation to work from, and that is all. Consider yourself fortunate to be alive today, this day, no matter what it brings. All you can do today is give your best and be grateful for the wonderful life you have.
Don’t skip your workout today…it’s right here waiting for you if you didn’t make it to class… so you really have no excuse! Give your body the gift of exercise that sometimes your mental state might try to block. If you are tired, tell yourself the fact that working out will give you back energy. If you are not well, then go for a walk and mobilize. If you feel tight from yesterdays workout, its crucial that you exercise today. And if you are too busy, that is no excuse. So am I! We must make time for movement because our health is truly our greatest asset.
Check out the awesomeness that is Moraga Sunrise Boot Camp this morning. All of these ladies had plenty of reason not to come to class, but none of them regretted it. In fact, I think I saw them smiling during this tough workout! Kudos ladies, I love it!!!!
