This work out is 3 parts which working Upper Body and Core in the 1st round, Lower Body and Core in the 2nd round and Core only in the 3rd. Make sure you get a good warm up in, I have recommended one but a jog and stretch or 3 minute jump rope and stretch would be equally adequate.

Warm up with 2 rounds of:

20 jumping jacks

10 squats

10 straight leg kicks

10 arm circles forward and back

PART 1:

10 push ups

10 steps Crab walk (hands and feet on ground, walk forward 10 steps)

10 push ups

10 steps Crab walk (hands and feet on ground, walk 10 steps back to original position)

REPEAT!

PART 2:

10 Explosive squats

10 Chameleon lunges on RT foot (step fwd 5X and back 5X with LT keep RT planted)

10 Chameleon lunges on LT foot (step fwd 5X and back 5X with RT keep LT planted)

Wall Sit and count to 50

REPEAT!

PART 3:

Hold low plank for 1 minute (or count slowly to 60)

10 leg lifts

100 TOTAL Bicycle Sit Ups (this would be 50 pair)

REPEAT
