Are you up for a challenge? Each month we will be offering our Boot Camp Members and Custom Fitness clients a shot at winning a free 1 hour session with Coach Michelle at the NEW GYM! The challenge will change every month, but this is what is on the menu for August…

Warm up.
Perform 3 rounds for time:
• 6 Lateral Hurdle Up downs + 12 Ball Slams (choose the weight you want to push, it will be a factor in the final outcome!)

60 seconds rest

• 120 Vertical Feet on Versa Climber for time.

Your times will be added together and compared with total amount of weight pushed.
