Perform 3 rounds for time:
• 6 Lateral Hurdle Up downs + 12 Ball Slams (choose the weight you want to push, it will be a factor in the final outcome!)
60 seconds rest
• 120 Vertical Feet on Versa Climber for time.
Your times will be added together and compared with total amount of weight pushed.
