A healthy tasty snack, Cheezy Kale Chips! I used to think curly Kale was just a garnish but now its my favorite snack. I created this recipe from a mix of a few others I kinda liked and this one I love! You can use any spices that you like, but the ones listed are my favorite.

2T almond milk

Put 1/4 of the kale in a bowl and 1/4 of the cashew cheeze. Mix it with your hands and spread it out on a stone parchment paper covered baking sheet. Try not to overlap pieces.
Repeat 3 more times until all kale is covered – these small batches help the kale get covered more evenly.
Bake for 4 hours. They go stale in a few days, but they wont last that long!
You know I love kale chips! Will have to try your version!!
