ALOHA DA KINE SHAKE – makes 2 servings

1/2 cup coconut water

1/4 cup home made almond milk

1 1/2 Banana

1/2 cup frozen wild berries (trader joes)

1 cup (loose) frozen spinach

3 medjool dates (pitted)

Blend 2-3 times in vita mix or other powerful blender on high.
