How many of these exercises can you do in a minute??

Warm up with your 10/10/10 and a 3 minute jog or rope skip. Stretch your calves, hamstrings, quads and shoulders.

Set your timer and work hard for the minute. Please post your numbers…

1 minute of each of the following exercises. Rest for 1 minute in between.

1) Squats with weight on shoulders

2) Burpees

3) Navy Seal Ups

4) Pull Ups with 1 leg jump assist (do push press with weights if you dont have a pull up bar)

5) Knee Tucks

If you are out this week DO this workout! It will give you the confidence you need to come back strong and stay in the GROOVE.
