A “Tabata Workout” is a great way to get a workout done when you don’t have much time. Its often been called the 4 minute fat burning miracle.

Make sure to STRETCH when you are done!

” Doing as little as 4 minutes (or one “Tabata”) can increase your aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, VO2 max, resting metabolic rate, and can help you burn more fat (and make you look 200-percent leaner) than a traditional workout. 4 minutes of Tabata can get you better fitness gains than an entire hour of running on the treadmill.”

Well, it wouldnt be very “gumsaba” of us just to do one, would it?!
We did these in class today and it produced many ooohs and ahhs!

You will need:

timer

weights

mat

jumprope

Set your interval timer for 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 8 rounds.

Do each exercise for the eight rounds, and give yourself 1 minute rest in between.
