Warm up for 3-5 minutes and stretch lightly.

Complete 5 rounds of the following:

10 Push Ups

10 Walking Lunges

10 Dips

10 Squats

10 Mountain Climbers

10 Glute Bridge Hip Extensions

**Focus on the correct form of each exercise and engage the muscles of the core including the glutes!
