When you push yourself hard it all that more important to focus on your form, particularly your breathing. On a day like today (pictured above) my mind was working as hard, if not as hard as my body. Mindlessly going through the workouts will not get you the results that you should get for your time. Remember you get out of it exactly what you put in, so if you want awesome results then put in an awesome effort.
Great job keeping up the hard work that has been your Boot Camp Classes as of late! Its very obvious that you all are putting in an extra effort. Make sure you talk to me about any pains you are having in your joints, many times these pains can be corrected with proper technique, but if there is already an injury we need to make modifications so that it heals instead of gets worse!
