English Muffin Fancy Schmancy Style
Vegan, dairy free, gluten free

INGREDIENTS
- 1 English muffin (Food for Life, available at Whole Foods and Sprouts, has a gluten free option)
- 1 Tbsp. Cream cheese (Treeline or Kite hill, available at Whole Foods)
- 1 nectarine, pitted and thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter
- 4-6 blackberries, sliced in half
- 6-8 blueberries
- Cinnamon
METHOD
- Slice English muffin in half and toast.
- Top one half of the muffin with cream cheese and sliced nectarines.
- Top the other half with almond butter and berries.
- Dust with cinnamon and enjoy!
