English Muffin Fancy Schmancy Style

Vegan, dairy free, gluten free

Recipe by Jentry Lee Hull

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 English muffin (Food for Life, available at Whole Foods and Sprouts, has a gluten free option)
  • 1 Tbsp. Cream cheese (Treeline or Kite hill, available at Whole Foods)
  • 1 nectarine, pitted and thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. almond butter
  • 4-6 blackberries, sliced in half
  • 6-8 blueberries
  • Cinnamon

METHOD

  • Slice English muffin in half and toast.
  • Top one half of the muffin with cream cheese and sliced nectarines.
  • Top the other half with almond butter and berries.
  • Dust with cinnamon and enjoy!
