Here’s a little food inspiration for your next holiday gathering.  Cheers!



Vegan, gluten free, dairy free

Recipe by Jentry Lee Hull


  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 apple (any variety), cored and sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • mint leaves or edible flowers for garnish
  • lemon juice, for apples (to prevent browning)
  • sprinkle of cinnamon, optional


  • Rinse and drain all fruit.
  • Peel and slice banana.
  • Core and slice apple.
  • Remove seeds from whole pomegranate or buy already seeded.
  • On a decorative tray or platter, arrange fruit (see picture above for inspiration).
  • Add garnishes, lemon juice (to apple slices), and cinnamon if desired.
  • Serve with nut butter or plant-based cheese (Miyoko’s, Kite Hill, Chao Slices, Treeline), for a heartier fruit tray.
  • Cover and keep chilled until ready to serve.
  • Enjoy!


  • For larger fruit trays, double or triple this recipe.
