Hello Ladies

Form is key in when kicking  your fitness level up a notch. With so many of you participating in the 1000 Challenge this month, its more important than ever to focus on your proper form in every exercise.

This month pay special attention to the quality of your exercise rather than the quantity. We will be taking time on Thursdays this month to review form one or two of the exercises we do most often in class. Please feel free to ask questions about the how and why we do things the way that we do because it will better help you understand and stick to your proper form to prevent injury and maintain fitness.
