Stay true to yourself, there is only one you so live you the best you can. If something feels like its not working for you, then change it. This life is short, there is no time for regret. If you have a goal and you are not moving forward toward reaching it every day, then you need to change something you are doing OR accept that fact that your goal is unrealistic for you. Its ok to reassess your goals, they are impermanent and ever changing, just like you!


Sometimes we are so used to being stuck that we don’t even know we are spinning our wheels. Think of your mobility training as an example. Your body may not have been feeling too much pain in that pressure point before we started to roll it out, but when that ball hits the spot you know you have tension there.


Just as your tissues hold tension, so does your mind! Are you up tight sometimes? Try to figure out why. Talk to someone, fill your head with good knowledge whether by books or peers. If something is really bothering you deal with it, work it out just like a knot in your muscle. Whether it is a situation with a family member or friend, or within YOU,  its always better to be honest about how you feel than to let it fester. Just like the mobility training, it will be painful at first, but when you are finished you will feel much lighter and more free to move through life.
