Chances are you’ve been in the sun having FUN this beautiful labor day weekend. More than likely you need a healthy natural boost of energy to take you into this week. We have been loving our refreshing Kombucha this summer. If you are looking for a great refreshing healthy alternative to soda or alcohol this stuff is TOPS. Electrolyte, amines, b vitamins (and no added sugar) make this drink a winner on my list. Many brands add sugar so watch for that. Pure Kombucha is an incredibly healing elixir and should be a part of everyones recovery plan. Say no to gatoreade and sugar substitutes. Say yes to KOMBUCHA!
