This is a sneak peek of the Gumsaba shelter in place workout for today. Members and patrons can catch it on ZOOM at 6am and 9am live with Coach Bri and Coach James, and will also get the full workout video link via email by 12pm. This is our way of incentivizing all who are not yet patrons and members so we can keep bringing this awesome content to you while we are on lockdown.
