Warm up then hop on your bike and ride out this 4 minute HIIT with the Coach Michael! Don’t have a bike? No problem. Just do Hi Knees for the high intensity portion, then lay down flat on your stomach during low intensity. Pop up as quickly as you can when the high intensity starts again. But wait…there’s MORE!
