Injuries will happen whether you do physical work or not. Unfortunately they are a big blow to a healthy lifestyle. Getting pissed about it is totally normal, and you should. This action will help you prevent further injuries by giving you an emotional point of reference. It will definitely make you appreciate what you have when you are well. But don’t stay in “state of pissed”. Move on. Do what you can, even if it means mental work! Meditate, focus on what you can do instead of focus on what you can’t. This positive feedback loop is incredibly powerful, and in my experience it will help you heal faster.
