HI and HAPPY 2011!

The January Challenge is to accomplish 1000 of the following exercises in 1 calendar month. This challenge begins today 1/3/11 and will end on 2/3/11. (form must be submitted by noon on 02/03/11).

The person who completes 1000 of the most exercises wins gets One Free month of BOOT CAMP!**

Do at least one thousand of one or more of these exercises by 2/3/11:

Box Jumps
Burpees
Get Ups
Leg Raises
Knees to Elbows
Navy Seal Ups
Pull Ups
Push Ups
Squats
Wall Sit Bicep Curls
Miles Run (1 year)

All exercises must be done fully and correctly.to the very best of your ability.

All exercises must be logged immediately.
