Have you ever felt guilty after eating a big apple or sinking your teeth into a crisp carrot?  I sure hope not!  Eating fresh fruit and veggies is one of the best things you can do for your health.  They are full of dietary fiber, water, enzymes, minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, and…boom, flavor!  When you have a need for something sweet, have fresh fruit on the ready – in your car, at your desk, in your fridge, wherever you need a little pick-me-up, be prepared with fresh fruit.  If you’re in the mood for salty or savory, have some hummus and fresh veggies prepped and ready for a snack attack.  You will feel satisfied, nourished, and so happy you opted for the fresh stuff.
