As you can feel, another level has been reached in Boot Camp. More is being asked of you than before, both mentally and physically. This is something that you earned through the many workouts that have worked up to the place we are now. Congratulations!
Whether good or bad, our body reflects our every day habits. As we ramp up the reps, keep in mind that form must always be on your thoughts. Practicing correctly in all we do will develop us into better athletes and keep us injury free.
