Shoot, this post was supposed to go out yesterday! My apologies for the technical mishap…I’ve heard 2016 sucked a lot lately, but I don’t see it that way. Times of growth are times that test our grit. They are opportunities to learn, to become more empathetic, compassionate and grateful. These times equip us for what lies ahead. A smooth journey never a good sailor did make!

The most important role we play in this life is to be a force of positivity. Sure, some days will suck, but that’s to be expected. Train your day with the goal of positive response. Try the force at class…”Burpees you say? YES! I LOVE BURPEES!”

So cheers to 2016, for all that it was, and all that it was not. May those that passed from this reality move on to something more beautiful. May the hard times highlight the peace and joy we hold within, no matter what our circumstance. May we find the infinite value in giving more and taking less. May those of us that remain on this planet treat life with kindness. May the force, of positivity, be with you.
