Mondays are a great time to reset the mind and allow the fresh, new week ahead to take shape. Take a moment for you, and make some mindful commitments toward your betterment this week and write them down – use a calendar or a scrap paper, a white board…whatever. There are a lot of high vibrations, a lot of busy stuff out there to catch your attention. Don’t lose your sense of self as the focus shifts to the holidays, to travel. This small moment or clarity today can be the difference in whether you get your workouts in this week, whether you over commit to some things that really don’t need that much attention.  The holidays are a time to celebrate our lives with family, and prioritize our health so that we end the year on a positive note. Here’s to a positive close to 2016!
