Do 50 burpees on your own time (not included in class). You can knock them all out at once, or you can break them up. These are high plank burpees with no push up as the photo shows. Either way you need to log them in your challenge log with detail like date/time ect. And one more little thing, you need to have someone else to take a photo of you doing them and get it to me by NEXT SUNDAY at midnight. You can text, email, facebook or instagram your photo.  If you have an injury that prevents burpees, then do 100 full sit ups instead. Just note it!!!
