Starting right now: create a habit that is good for you and put it in the place of one that isn’t. For many of you that might mean cutting out white refined sugar and eating a low glycemic fruit instead, trading soda or alcohol for tea, or chewing spry gum instead of smoking. You could also do something that has nothing to do with what you put in your mouth! How about trading TV watching time for an evening stroll, or cooking dinner every night instead of going out.

I’m going to do trigger point and a walk every night with the dog.
Get up from the computer every 1/2 hour to walk around and stretch!
