Michelle’s Magic Mojito!

Juice of 1/2 fresh squeezed lime

1/2-1C ice depending on how cold you like it

3C Plain Sparkling water

8 mint leaves

1/2t Coconut nectar Crystals (0ptional)

Place the ice, mint, coconut crystals and lime in a glass then pour the sparkling water over it. Mix it up really well and enjoy! mojito
