Join us tomorrow for the 2nd ANNUAL GUMSABA NEW YEARS DAY HIKE! There will be no formal boot camp classes, just an opportunity to take in the beautiful views of Mt Diablo and spend time with healthy, like minded people. The hike is about 3 miles and will take some time to stretch at the pinnacle.

Meet at the Las Trampas Staging area parking Lot at the top of Hemme Ave in Alamo at 9:00 SHARP! Parking is free.
It will be a little MUDDY and A LOT OF FUN so be prepared with clothing that can get a bit dirty.
Ages 15+, all levels welcome.
