I had the pleasure of working with the mens class last week while Coach Allen was out of town. These guys REALLY push themselves and have some awesome results to show for it! Kudos to all of the guys for sticking with a tough class, and ramping it up. Its been just under a year since our mens class started, and the progress is amazing. Coach Allen has worked really hard to provide programming that is both challenging and rewarding; we are very fortunate to have him on team GUMSABA!
