This is the basic Tuesday workout, but as many of you know the Danville Sunrise class will be at MVHS on Tuesdays for summer, so its going to be a bit different. Many of the Sunrise girls have expressed some nerves and anxiety about the MVHS workouts. Yes, its going to be a change, but change is always good and I promise you its nothing you can’t handle. There is good reason that humans feel anxious and nervous about the unknown, and it has to do with thousands of years of evolution. The good news is that nerves can bring about some of our best efforts, they create greater endurance and fill us with endorphins.
