Station 2: 10 Rows on tubing vs Jumprope 2 rounds

Station 3: 10 Plank Up downs vs wall sit 3 rounds

Station 4: 10 Cardio Burpees vs Navy Seal up 2 rounds

Station 5: Set up 6 cones – partners do this together 1 round
