Our goal at Gumsaba is to MOVE BETTER. Remember that just because you CAN do something doesn’t mean you SHOULD do it! Our bodies change every day so listen closely to your body TODAY. If something gets tweaked in or out of class don’t “push” thru the pain – unless your goal is to be in pain! If an injury has been nagging you contact Coach Michelle and she will be more than happy to guide you toward a solution. Remember, your Gumsaba hour is all about you. Your only “competition” is you! Stay in your body and no matter what the speed of the person is next to you. Play your game. Simply stay focused on moving better and before you know it your capacity will have increased and you will have made huge progress without risking injury. Train smarter so you can train harder!
