Its wonderful that we are getting some rain, and hopefully we will get a lot more! As we roll through this El Nino season, make sure you are prepared for camp with plenty of layers, including a rain jacket, a hat or headband, gloves and a towel! As well, we tend to drink less water in the colder months, but it is critical to maintain hydration as our bodies dry up in the winter, so don’t forget to make your water intake a priority in the winter.
