Well, we are already half way through our challenge.. For those of you who have not completed last weeks assignment, this is a great time! And for those of you who did, I am very proud of you for your honesty and amazingness.
When we look at our behaviors, when we look at our true selves, we often only see the things that we don’t like. That can be a good thing, but it can also be detrimental to our self worth. We should never let the things we don’t like deplete the wonderful people we are. That was the purpose of last weeks assignment, to see around what we don’t like to see and look at the parts of ourselves we are proud of. Confidence in the solid people we are, in our strengths, will help us better address our weaknesses. This journey isn’t a month long. It is the journey of life.
This week, I’d like you to reflect on your long game. These are hard questions, but the good news is that there is no wrong answer.
- Who and/or where do you want to be in 10 years, in other words, what is your BIGGEST, most incredible dream?
- How can you build on the qualities that make you great now and to make your biggest dreams come to life?
It is never too late to start or to change directions. There is no shame in admitting we have lost our way. It takes a lot of strength to do what I am asking you to do, I understand that. I’m here to tell you that you are strong and much more capable than you could even imagine.
To you, to day 15, to this being the first day of the rest of our lives,
Coach M
