This Winter we are offering our Second annual Teen Winter Conditioning. We had excellent success last year; our athletes excelled at try outs and felt well prepared for the challenges that they faced. Our Teen Athletic Conditioning is focused on getting your teen to optimal cardiovascular, muscular strength and endurance training for competitive sports.

The Winter 2012/13 session has a limit of 14 teens in the camp. We have these spaces committed to already, but if you are interested in the wait list fill out the get started information and you will receive a return email.
