Coach Joel will also be offering an agility program to compliment the Teen Conditioning. 

Speed and Agility program Saturdays and Sundays at 9am with Coach Joel.
This program will focus on increasing athlete’s straight-line speed by improving burst, explosion, and stride. But speed is only one aspect of an athlete’s game. The ability to change direction effectively and efficiently is key to an athlete’s success. This program will also focus on improving athlete’s agility with specific drills and techniques all geared to improve lateral movement, quickness, and reaction. A discount on this program will be offered to all who participate in the Gumsaba program!
